March Madness Attendance Challenge
March Madness has arrived! West Prep Academy is introducing The March Madness Attendance Challenge! The state tests are rapidly approaching with ELA on April 14th, 15th and16th and Math on April 22nd, 23rd, 24th. We would like to make sure that every school day focuses directly on preparing students for the test. Therefore in order to ensure that all students are in school each and every day we have offered two rewards for kids who are able to maintain high attendance for the month of March.
First, West Prep will offer a “super special field trip” for any student who can achieve:
at least a 95% individual attendance (absent no more than one day) during the month of March.
No more than two latenesses to school during the month of March.
Second, WPA will also offer a special incentive and pizza party celebration in school for the class with the highest overall average. We will keep students up to date on the class bracket on a weekly basis.
We hope that every scholar uses these incentives as an opportunity to improve their attendance or strive to have perfect attendance
Please reach out to Mr. Kearns, Student Affairs Coordinator or Mr. Bereman, Dean of Students for questions or concerns.
Best of luck to our scholars!
